Hello, I'd like to share my review of the breast surgery I underwent at 345 Plastic Surgery two weeks ago.

I used to be an avid observer of breast surgeries but never thought I would undergo one myself until I turned 40. It was like a gift to myself. And the results? Absolutely ecstatic!

Being 176 cm tall with a slim physique and minimal sagging, I always thought having a flat chest was acceptable, like a model figure. I lived with it for 40 years, but then I thought, why not experience life with larger breasts? And now, I couldn't be happier with the outcome.

The most important factors I considered were whether there was an anesthesiologist present at the hospital and if they were experienced in general anesthesia (I'm a bit scared of it). I also looked into the post-operative care and the trustworthiness of the chief surgeon (whether they were the representative director and their track record and reputation). I evaluated the hospital system and primarily focused on before and after photos.

Everything I desired led me to 345 Plastic Surgery, and even after consulting with a few other places, my mind didn't waver. So, as soon as my chosen implant sizes arrived at the end of May, I underwent the surgery!

Being tall and having a narrow chest from the side but wide from the front, I discussed with the chief surgeon and decided to go with Mentor Smooth High Profile implants, 500 cc and 550 cc, placed subfascially.

I bet the size of the implants surprised you, right? Haha! With my height and almost no natural assets (refer to the photos, even the "before" picture is with a padded bra!), going for 550 cc was a bit of a challenge. I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to Director Kim Areum, who went through the trouble to secure the 550 cc implants. I had considered going up to 500 cc, but if I had done that, I would have felt a bit unsatisfied considering my height.

After the surgery, I didn't need any compression bras, and I was discharged wearing just a sports bra. It felt amazing! My friends complained about discomfort due to regular bras and underbands.

I was worried about the pain, but when I woke up, it felt more like having a slight cold or body ache. I could eat after 4 hours of anesthesia, so I had two servings of small intestines at a Korean restaurant and a can of cider, then slept soundly. Besides feeling a slight heaviness in the jacket I was wearing, I didn't experience any significant discomfort.

Surprisingly, even though I had moved houses just two days before the surgery, I was able to start organizing my belongings 2-3 days after the procedure. I had a painless recovery. Lucky me!

Now, after trying on V-fit bras, I bought one cup size of 70G and another of 75F, and they fit perfectly. The fit of my clothes has completely changed. Since my skin is stretchy, the surgeon purposely shaped my breasts slightly higher, and they will gradually look more natural as I recover. I'm looking forward to it!

Thank you, Dr. Kyu-nam Han, for giving me a new life.
